These terms govern your use of this website. They are not terms of sale. Anything you buy from MM Techno Plast LLP is governed by the quotation, order acknowledgement and purchase order for that specific order.

Product information

We publish specifications taken from our own catalogue and product records, and we would rather leave a figure out than approximate it. Where a specification has not been verified, the site says so instead of filling the gap.

Even so, products are developed and materials change. Dimensions, masses, colours and materials shown here are indicative and are not a warranty of any particular specification. Before ordering against a specification, confirm it with us in writing for the batch you intend to buy. Pictures are illustrative: some are MM’s photographs, some are the makers’ photographs of the lines we supply, and others are studio renderings or generated illustrations. Colour reproduction varies between screens.

Certification and approvals

This site separates approvals we hold a certificate for from approvals we state, and labels them differently in the certification register. Certificates are not published on this website; ask, and we send a copy. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that every product carries every approval listed, or that a company-level certification is a product-level approval. Where a standard is named against a product, it is the standard MM states for that product.

If you are buying against a regulatory requirement (SOLAS, IRS, ISI or an EU directive), ask us for the certificate covering the exact model and batch, and buy against that document rather than against this website.

Quotations and enquiries

Prices are not published here. An enquiry sent through this site is a request for a quotation, not an order, and places no obligation on either of us. A quotation we issue is an invitation to order and is valid for the period stated on it.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, drawings, catalogue and design of this site belong to MM Techno Plast LLP or are used with permission. MM® and Sea Master® are our registered marks. You may read, print and share these pages for the purpose of evaluating or buying our products. You may not republish our photography or copy as your own, or use our marks on your own goods or listings.

Third-party brands named in the lines we supply belong to their respective owners and are named only to identify what we stock.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
